Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Administrative Clerk for the Radiology department located in Texas. This temp-to-hire position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the radiology department.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and upload radiology imaging files, ensuring accurate labeling and secure storage.
- Process incoming imaging materials, including file conversions and troubleshooting unreadable files.
- Compile and distribute consultation packets with complete and accurate documentation.
- Maintain tracking systems for deadlines and event status updates in real time.
- Prioritize workload based on consultation deadlines and respond promptly to urgent requests.
- Provide administrative support to radiology staff, including clerical tasks and calendar assistance.
- Respond professionally to inquiries via email or phone, ensuring same-day resolution or follow-up.
- Safeguard confidentiality of sensitive materials and adhere to departmental protocols.
- Demonstrate initiative by managing tasks independently and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Accurate typing skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with radiology viewing software and both Microsoft and Mac OS is a plus.
- Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to confidentiality.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, during 1st shift hours.

Pay Rate: $19/hour
